Before you buy an Italian Crest product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our Designer products are custom made/crafted/created by traditional ‘Karigars’ in rural/urban India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.

Any irregular pattern or weave or print or a stitch is not a defect. Designer piece means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.

The fit of our product depends on the cut, fabric and style of every garment. Some are designed to have more comfort fit and some garments are styled to be slim fit. The measurement in the size charts can differ marginally due to the nature of different fabrics and there fall.

www.ItalianCrest.com (The Indian Clothing Co) firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that Colours and weave seen on a Computer, Smartphone or any other device will be slightly different as compared to the Colour and weave of actual outfit ordered and delivered.

Once your order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, we recommend the customer to check the size chart on the product page and make a decisional purchase.

Wash & Care

Read the washing instructions carefully before washing your clothes.Dry clean only.

Wash at a lower temperature rather than high.

Turn garment inside out before washing.

Avoid using too much detergent.

Do not use fabric detergents which contain bleach.

Do not tumble dry garment unless indicated on the care label.

Do not iron prints, trims or embellishments.

Do not leave garments with white and contrast Coloured panels soaking for prolonged periods.

Garments with metal trims should not be left to soak.

Do not wash garments made in SILK, WOOL, and other blends of WOOL & SILK in water. Professionally dry clean only. 

Our products are commonly hand embroidered, hand worked and involve a high degree of hand crafted processes. Therefore, they are fragile in their usage and from time to time beading, stones, etc may get displaced.

Occasional falling of stone, beading in garments with embroidery work cannot be deemed to be a defect in the garment but is caused by the very nature of the work.

Due to the nature of fashion and fancy fabrics, we do not guarantee the garment’s embroidery, work, beading or any colour bleeding therein. 

These garments should be worn with care and are mainly for special occasion wear. A garment may from time to time have variations in patterns due to individually embroidered and dyeing methods.

It may not be possible to give full instructions on each garment therefore we recommend Dry Clean only.Also, choose dry cleaners that specialize in dealing with hand crafted products on a regular basis.
